Primary Coordinator / Incharge - Job Profile
- Minimum 3+ years of experience as Primary Coordinator in a CBSE School.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum, circulars, policies, and academic standards.
- Ability to plan and monitor yearly, monthly, and weekly academic schedules.
- Experience in scrutinizing worksheets, lesson plans, assessments, and notebooks.
- Coordinate effectively with teachers for smooth academic operations.
- Conduct regular meetings, orientations, and training sessions for staff.
- Monitor classroom teaching standards, discipline, and student progress.
- Ensure timely syllabus completion and quality learning outcomes.
- Attend meetings with Principal, Management, and concerned authorities.
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly updates to the reporting authority.
- Handle parent concerns and student issues professionally.
- Maintain records, reports, and academic documentation accurately.
- Solid leadership, communication, and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and school ERP systems.

Note: Designation will be Primary Incharge

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
