The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning and executing digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for real estate projects, promote property listings, and enhance brand visibility across digital platforms.
Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
- Manage paid advertising campaigns on:
- Google Ads (Search & Display):
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram):
- YouTube Ads:
- Monitor ad performance and optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce cost per lead (CPL).
Lead Generation & CRM Coordination
- Generate qualified leads for property sales and rentals.
- Coordinate with the sales team for lead allocation and follow-ups.
- Track lead performance and campaign ROI.
- Maintain and update lead databases and CRM systems.
Social Media Management
- Manage company social media accounts.
- Create and publish content such as:
- Property listings
- Project updates
- Walkthrough videos
- Testimonials
- Promotional offers
- Respond to inquiries received via social media channels.
Website & Portal Management
- Update property listings on:
- Company website
- Real estate portals such as:
- MagicBricks:
- 99acres:
- Ensure accurate property details, pricing, and images.
Content Creation & Branding
- Coordinate with designers to create:
- Property brochures
- Ad creatives
- Landing pages
- Write marketing content such as:
- Property descriptions
- Blog articles
- Social media captions
SEO & Performance Tracking
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings.
- Monitor website traffic using tools like Google Analytics.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
Market Research
- Conduct competitor analysis for similar real estate projects.
- Identify trending digital strategies in the real estate market.
- Suggest current marketing ideas for project launches.
