Responsibilities:
- Ensure all property listings are accurate, fully updated, and visually compelling — including room descriptions, photos, amenities, and policies
- Monitor rate parity across channels and coordinate with the revenue team to maintain consistent and competitive pricing
- Analyse OTA performance data — including rankings, review scores, conversion rates, and booking trends — and recommend actionable improvements
- Manage promotional campaigns, sponsored placements, and seasonal offers across OTA platforms
- Respond promptly to guest reviews on OTA platforms, maintaining brand tone and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Liaise with OTA account managers to explore recent opportunities, resolve issues, and stay updated on platform changes
- Track and report on channel-wise booking performance, revenue contribution, and cancellation trends on a regular basis

Pay: ₹8,731.81 - ₹31,603.75 per month
