- Plan and oversee daily production activities to meet schedules and targets.
- Supervise and guide production staff, ensuring they follow processes and safety rules.
- Monitor production quality and address any defects or issues.
- Ensure machinery and equipment are in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports.
- Work with other departments, like quality control and maintenance, to improve operations.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
- Supervise and guide production staff.
- Monitor and maintain equipment functionality.
