Physics Faculty (JEE Main & NDA Specialist) - Samaritan Defence Arena

Samaritan Defence Arena is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Physics Faculty member to join our elite coaching team. Key Responsibilities
- Content Development: Create and update comprehensive study materials, daily practice papers (DPPs), and mock tests.
- Mentorship: Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and provide personalized guidance to students to improve their performance and confidence.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly evaluate student progress through tests and provide constructive feedback to parents and management.
- Strategy Building: Develop "shortcuts" and time-management techniques specifically for the MCQ formats of JEE and NDA.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: B.Tech / M.Sc. in Physics or a related field from a reputed institution.




- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience teaching Physics for JEE Mains and Defence entrance exams.
- Subject Mastery: Deep understanding of Mechanics, Electrodynamics, and Modern Physics, with the ability to switch teaching styles between the rigors of JEE and the speed of NDA.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using digital boards, online teaching tools, and learning management systems (LMS).
