Hostel Warden (Male & Female) - Samaritan Defence Arena

Key Responsibilities
- Administration & Supervision: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hostel, including room assignments, cleanliness, and maintenance.
- Discipline & Conduct: Ensure students adhere to the academy’s rigorous schedule (wake-up calls, study hours, meal timings, and lights-out).
- Safety & Security: Maintain 24/7 vigil over the premises. Monitor entry/exit logs and ensure no unauthorized persons enter the hostel.
- Student Welfare: Act as a local guardian. Monitor students’ physical and mental well-being, manage minor illnesses, and coordinate with the academy's medical team if necessary.
- Conflict Resolution: Mediate peer disputes and maintain a harmonious, ragging-free environment.
- Mess Coordination: Supervise the quality and hygiene of food served in the mess and ensure students maintain decorum during meals.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a hostel warden, preferably in a residential school or coaching academy.



Ex-servicemen/Defense backgrounds are highly encouraged to apply.:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline.
- Personality Traits:
- Commanding presence with a high level of integrity.
- Strong emotional intelligence and patience to deal with young students.
- Punctual and highly organized.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge (for attendance and reports) and fluency in Hindi/English.
- Residence: This is a mandatory live-in position. Semi-furnished accommodation will be provided within the hostel premises.
