Job Title:Solar Installer

Location:Mahanagar Extension, Lucknow

Salary:₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month

Experience:
- 1-3 years in solar installation, electrical work, or plant maintenance.

Qualification:
- ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Install rooftop solar systems including panels, mounting structures, wiring, and inverters.
- Conduct site visits, measurements, and pre-installation checks.
- Perform electrical connections, earthing, DC/AC wiring, and system testing.
- Identify and troubleshoot faults in solar systems and inverters.
- Ensure quality installation as per safety standards and company guidelines.
- Support project engineers during commissioning and handover.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and installation records.
- Provide basic customer education about system usage and maintenance.





Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of electrical wiring, solar components, and installation processes.
- Ability to read SLDs, wiring diagrams, and installation layouts.
- Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Teamwork, discipline, and responsibility.

Office Timing: 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM (Field Role - Timings may vary based on project requirements)
