Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities
- Dispense medicines accurately as per prescription and ensure compliance with pharmacy standards.
- Provide information to customers on dosage, side effects, and storage of medications.
- Maintain stock levels, check expiry dates, and update inventory regularly.
- Assist in procurement and restocking of medicines and products.
- Handle billing and cash/card transactions using POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the store.
- Assist with home delivery coordination (if applicable).
- Build good customer relations and provide health-related guidance when needed.
- Follow all regulatory and safety guidelines as per pharmacy laws.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmacy operations.
- Prior experience in a medical store or healthcare retail preferred.
- Valuable communication skills and customer service attitude.
- Diploma/Bachelor in Pharmacy or equivalent preferred.
