Therapeutic Interventions:
- Design and implement evidence-based therapy sessions tailored to individual children’s needs.
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy sessions addressing emotional regulation, social skills, and coping mechanisms.
- Use play therapy, cognitive-behavioral techniques, or other relevant methodologies for therapy delivery.

Parent & Caregiver Support:
- Offer counseling sessions to parents and caregivers to address challenges in managing a child’s behavior or emotional needs.
- Conduct workshops or training sessions for parents on topics such as managing stress, promoting positive behavior, and enhancing parent-child relationships.

Collaboration & Teamwork:
- Work closely with therapists, educators, and medical professionals to ensure holistic care for each child.
- Participate in case reviews, team meetings,



and strategy discussions to optimize therapy outcomes.
- Contribute to developing and updating individualized therapy goals and strategies.

Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate, confidential, and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, assessments, and progress reports.
- Assist in monitoring the effectiveness of interventions and adjusting plans as necessary.
- Contribute to developing and updating the center's policies and practices to reflect psychological best practices.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
