Communicating: Informing parents and guardians about student progress, and liaising with other staff and external bodies
Managing: Maintaining resources, keeping student records, and ensuring the classroom is protected
Organizing: Planning social and cultural activities, and attending staff meetings
Promoting: Encouraging a positive approach to learning, and promoting high standards of behavior
