Responsible for managing customer relationships, follow-ups, and engagement activities to improve customer retention and sales. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer database and follow-ups:
- Coordinate with sales team for repeat business:
- Manage customer queries and feedback:
- Track customer interactions and maintain CRM records:
- Requirements: Good communication skills:
- Experience in CRM / customer handling preferred:
- Jewellery retail experience is an advantage

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
