Job Title: Telecalling Executive

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecalling Executive who can effectively communicate with customers and generate quality leads for the business.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and explain company services clearly
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries professionally
- Generate and qualify leads, schedule appointments, and support conversions
- Maintain accurate call records, lead details, and daily performance reports
- Follow up with interested prospects to ensure maximum conversions
- Achieve daily and weekly calling and productivity targets
- Coordinate with sales/CRM teams for smooth closure of leads
- Maintain a positive attitude and ensure customer satisfaction at all times

Requirements:
Good communication skills, basic computer knowledge, customer-handling ability, and a target-driven mindset. Freshers with positive communication skills may also apply.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
