Responsibilities:
- Perform quality control inspections on cold forged products to ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
- Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement quality control procedures
- Document inspection results, report any non-conformities, and maintain inspection records.
- Communicate inspection results to suppliers, production personnel, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Work with suppliers, production personnel and supply chain personnel to resolve quality issues and ensure timely resolution of these issues.
- Conduct root cause analysis for problems and develop corrective actions.
- Participate in internal audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
- Monitor supplier performance, customer complaints and feedback and report findings to management.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the incoming inspection process.




- Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues and ensure compliance with established quality procedures.
- Support PDI checks to ensure customer compliances

Requirements:
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field. (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- 2+ years of experience in a quality inspection role in a manufacturing environment.

○ Knowledge of cold forging processes and quality control methodologies.
- Knowledge of quality control techniques and inspection methods
- Robust attention to detail and ability to work with precision and accuracy
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using measurement tools and instruments.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and specifications.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
