Role Overview

Sales/Marketing Executive will be responsible for expanding institutional collaborations through strategic B2B partnerships and direct B2C outreach.

This role combines relationship building, field outreach, healthcare collaboration, and conversion-focused follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

A. B2B Business Development (Primary Focus)
- Identify, approach, and onboard B2B healthcare collaborators, including:
- Clinics & hospitals
- Diagnostic centres
- Gyms, wellness centres & physiotherapy units
- Corporate HR / wellness programs
- Pharmacies, labs, and allied healthcare providers
- Build long-term referral partnerships for CSLC-CAP
- Conduct one-to-one meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
- Coordinate MOUs, referral structures, and incentive frameworks
- Maintain and grow existing B2B relationships
- Track partner performance and referral outcomes

B. B2C Business Development
- Generate leads through:
- Field visits
- Local outreach programs
- Health talks, camps & events
- Patient education initiatives
- Explain CSLC-CAP offerings clearly to prospective patients and families
- Support counselling teams with conversion-oriented follow-up
- Assist in community engagement and awareness activities

C. Coordination & Reporting
- Work closely with:
- Medical team
- Counselling & front office teams
- Marketing & outreach teams
- Maintain daily activity logs and partner databases
- Submit weekly and monthly performance reports
- Achieve defined enrolment and partnership targets
