About the Role:
We’re looking for a Creative Strategist who can think fast write sharp ideas and create concepts that translate well into films and micro-content. You’ll work closely with production edit and BD teams to shape campaigns and pitches.

What You’ll Do:
- Develop concepts, scripts and ideas for brand films and vertical micro-content.
- Turn briefs into tight pitch decks with hooks, insights and storytelling.
- Collaborate with DOPs, editors and creative leads to execute ideas.
- Research trends,



formats and brand tones to keep ideas relevant.
- Present concepts clearly to internal teams and clients.

Who You Should Be:
- 2+ years in creative strategy, concept writing or copywriting (agency/production/digital).
- Strong short-form storytelling instincts.
- Clear thinker who can convert a messy brief into 2-3 sharp concepts.
- Good understanding of brand tone, platform trends and fast content formats.
- Portfolio with scripts/concepts required.
