Job Summary

Beverse Health is looking for a Full‑Time Academic Counselor / Inside Sales skilled in Bengaluru. You will counsel healthcare professionals interested in our international licensing and registration programs, guide them through eligibility, exam prep, and documentation, and support revenue generation through consultative selling and account management. The role is on‑site and requires strong communication, empathy, and a target‑oriented mindset.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel healthcare professionals (physios, psychologists, allied health) interested in international licensing (HCPC UK, CORU Ireland, AHPRA Australia, PBNZ Recent Zealand, DHA UAE, etc.).
- Conduct eligibility reviews, explain program pathways, and recommend suitable courses and support services.
- Drive revenue by converting leads into enrollments through consultative inside‑sales conversations (calls, demos, follow‑ups).
- Provide exceptional on‑site customer service, addressing queries, objections, and documentation‑related concerns.
- Coordinate with operations, content,



and support teams to ensure accurate information and timely delivery of services.

Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; background in healthcare, education, or sales is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in counseling, admissions, inside sales, or customer‑facing roles (edtech, healthcare, or education preferred).
- Strong communication, listening, and empathy skills; ability to simplify complex licensing processes.
- Comfortable working with targets, CRM‑like tools, and daily follow‑ups.
- Knowledge of or keen interest in international healthcare licensing and registration is highly valued.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
