Job Title: Sales Counselor

Job Summary:
The Sales Counselor will be responsible for patient counseling, explaining dermatology and aesthetic treatments, converting inquiries into confirmed procedures, and achieving monthly sales targets while ensuring excellent patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and attend walk-in and inquiry patients professionally
- Understand patient concerns and recommend suitable skin, hair, and laser treatments
- Explain treatment procedures, packages, pricing, and offers clearly
- Convert consultations into sales and achieve assigned targets
- Follow up with patients via calls/WhatsApp for pending treatments
- Coordinate with doctors and therapists for treatment scheduling
- Maintain patient records, consent forms, and billing coordination
- Handle payment discussions and close sales confidently
- Ensure high patient satisfaction and retention

Required Skills & Qualifications:




- Graduate or equivalent (MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred)
- 1-3 years of experience in clinic/hospital/aesthetic sales (preferred)
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Customer-focused and target-driven mindset
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, billing software)
- Qualified appearance and positive attitude

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Monthly revenue targets
- Conversion ratio (inquiry to sale)
- Patient follow-ups and retention
- Customer satisfaction score

Work Timings:
- 10 hours per day (Rotational shifts)
- Weekly off as per clinic policy
