Core Duties & Responsibilities:
- Leading & Guiding: Escorting individuals or groups through sites (museums, landmarks, outdoors) on foot, by vehicle, or other means.
- Information Delivery: Providing engaging, informative commentary on history, culture, architecture, and points of interest.
- Logistics & Planning: Creating, managing, and sticking to itineraries, booking tickets, and arranging transport/meals.
- Safety & Security: Ensuring the well-being of all participants, knowing emergency procedures, and handling unexpected situations calmly.
- Customer Service: Welcoming guests, answering questions, resolving issues, and fostering a positive atmosphere.
- Research: Continuously studying and updating knowledge about destinations.

Additional Responsibilities:
- Sales: Promoting additional tours, services, or local products.
- Translation: Interpreting for international visitors if multilingual.
- Documentation: Handling paperwork, invoices, and financial reconciliations.
- Adaptability: Adjusting tours based on weather, group interests, or closures.

Pay: ₹8,249.28 - ₹29,714.73 per month
