Provide direct patient care (IPD/ICU/OPD as assigned)
- Administer medications, injections, and IV fluids as per orders
- Monitor vitals and patient condition regularly
- Assist doctors during rounds and procedures
- Maintain accurate nursing notes and documentation
- Ensure timely execution of treatment orders
- Handle emergency situations and escalate when required
- Maintain hygiene, infection control, and patient safety standards
- Coordinate with RMOs, doctors, and other departments
- Educate patients and attendants about care and precautions
- Manage patient comfort and basic needs
- Ensure proper handover during shift changes
- Follow hospital SOPs, protocols, and compliance requirements
- Maintain discipline, punctuality, and accountability on floor
- Support in OT/ward/chemo care as per requirement
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
