About the role:
Responsibility:
- Execute production plans and monitor machines; maintain batch records
- Follow SOPs, identify deviations, and support improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, Lean)
- Ensure GMP, hygiene, and coordinate with QA/QC to minimize rejection and wastage
- Manage materials and support inventory control
- Enforce safety, EHS, and PPE compliance
- Supervise staff, assign tasks, train team, and coordinate with maintenance

Qualification:
- Diploma/B.Sc/B.Tech in Chemical, Mechanical, Cosmetics, Pharma, or related field
- Knowledge of production planning & line balancing
- Robust communication and team coordination skills
- Understanding of GMP, SOPs, and documentation
- Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, SAP/ERP preferred)

Location:Palghar, Kolgaon

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
