Responsibilities:
- Indian cuisine (North/South Indian) ki preparation aur cooking
- Daily mise-en-place aur kitchen preparation maintain karna
- Senior chefs ke instructions follow karna
- Food quality, taste aur presentation ensure karna
- Hygiene aur kitchen cleanliness maintain karna
- Inventory aur raw material handling mein support
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-4 years experience as Commi-I (Indian Kitchen)
- Indian cuisine ka achha knowledge (Tandoor/ Curry Section preferred)
- Team player & disciplined attitude
- Hotel industry experience preferred
Salary: As per industry standards
Facilities: Sharing Accommodation & Food Provided, PF, ESIC
