Core Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries to identify potential buyers.
- Site Visit Scheduling: Persuade prospects to visit project sites and schedule appointments for field sales representatives.
- Information Delivery: Explain property features, pricing, locations, and special offers to clients.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Maintain, update, and track all client data and interaction history in a CRM system.
- Follow-Up: Consistently follow up with prospects to address concerns, provide updates, and move them through the sales funnel.
- Target Achievement: Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, or monthly sales objectives.
Job Types: Full time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
