Pizzawala’s is a fast-growing food brand committed to quality, innovation, and operational excellence. With expanding outlets and strong market presence, we are looking for a proactive and commercially smart Purchase & Procurement Executive to strengthen our supply chain operations.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Procuring raw materials (dairy, vegetables, flour, meats, sauces), packaging, cleaning supplies, and equipment
- Identifying and onboarding reliable vendors
- Negotiating pricing, contracts, and payment terms
- Reviewing purchase requests and ensuring budget compliance
- Monitoring inventory levels and preventing stock-outs
- Coordinating with kitchen, stores, logistics, and accounts teams
- Resolving supplier issues related to quality, quantity, or delivery




- Tracking market prices and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Maintaining purchase records and preparing MIS reports

What We’re Looking For
- 1-4 years of experience in Purchase / Procurement / Supply Chain
- Experience in F&B;, FMCG, or Retail industry preferred
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Good knowledge of inventory management
- Proficiency in MS Excel (must), Tally/ERP knowledge preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Business Administration / Supply Chain / Hospitality or related field.

Salary

₹15,000 - ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
