Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Design Development
- Develop design concepts, mood boards, furniture layouts, and 3D visualizations tailored to residential spaces.
- Prepare detailed drawings including floor plans, elevations, sections, and joinery details.
- Select suitable materials, finishes, lighting elements, décor, and furnishings based on project requirements.
- Stay updated on modern design trends, materials, and innovative solutions relevant to residential interiors.

Project Execution & Coordination
- Conduct site visits for measurements, progress tracking, and quality checks.




- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, carpenters, modular teams, fabricators, and MEP consultants.
- Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and assist in budget planning.
- Ensure accurate execution of design intent and adherence to timelines.
- Resolve on-site design challenges through practical solutions.

Client Interface
- Interact with clients to understand needs, lifestyles, and aesthetic preferences.
- Present concepts and design decisions effectively.
- Incorporate client feedback while maintaining the integrity of the design vision.
- Maintain skilled communication throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation & Procurement
- Prepare working drawings, material schedules, and technical documentation for execution teams.
- Assist with sourcing materials, furnishings, and décor items.
- Coordinate purchase orders and track delivery timelines with vendors.
