Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for a Collection Executive at Sigma Lubricants Private Limited located in Poonamallee. The Collection Executive will be responsible for Debt Recovery, Negotiation, Account Monitoring, Dispute Resolution & Legal Coordination. Their Goal is to Recover overdue Funds while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer.
- Visiting customers to collect outstanding payments and cheques.
- Discussing and setting up manageable repayment plans with clients to resolve overdue accounts.




- Maintain accurate records of collections and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Provide daily reports to the management team
- Negotiate payment arrangements and timelines with clients
- Identify and flag problematic accounts needing further action
- Provide exceptional customer service during collection visits
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
