About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and develop fabric, trims, and garment vendors
- Handle end-to-end sourcing from sampling to bulk production
- Prepare and manage garment cost sheets
- Negotiate prices and ensure cost optimization
- Coordinate with factories for production planning and follow-ups
- Ensure quality control and timely dispatch of orders
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve production issues
- Monitor lead times and ensure on-time delivery
- Work closely with design, merchandising, and accounts teams

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in garment sourcing / merchandising
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, trims, and garment construction
- Experience in vendor management and price negotiation
- Valuable understanding of costing and production processes
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle multiple vendors and orders simultaneously

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Fashion retail: 2 years (preferred)
- Garment Clothing: 2 years (preferred)
