Working Days: Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday Off)
Salary Range: ₹8,000 - ₹12,000 per month (based on experience and skills)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams for campaign assets.
- Report regularly on campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:
- Good understanding of marketing principles and audience segmentation.
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage time and handle multiple projects.
- Freshers with relevant skills are welcome to apply.
