Job Description: Head of Brand Partnerships & Sponsorships

We are seeking a high-level Sponsorship Architect and deal-maker. This is not an entry-level sales position; it is a role for a "heavy hitter" with a massive network. You are the bridge between the Him eesh Madaan brand and the corporate world.

Your mission is to secure high-ticket, long-term ecosystem partners - brands that don't just sponsor one video, but become the "Powered By" engine across our Podcasts, YouTube, Reels, and Physical Events.

Key Responsibilities
- Omni-Channel Monetization: Secure sponsors for our diverse content reliable:
- Podcast: Title Sponsors, per-episode sponsors, and "Paid Guest" integrations.
- YouTube: Facecam/Regular video sponsorships (mid-roll/shout-outs).
- Short-Form: Paid brand collaborations for Instagram Reels.
- The "Anchor" Partner Strategy: Identify and close long-term, multi-month contracts (e.g., 10+ episodes or annual "Main Sponsor" status) similar to the industry’s top creators.
- Physical Event Sponsorship: Secure high-value partners for our live on-ground events, workshops,



and meetups.
- Customized Integration: Craft high-value proposals that go beyond "logo placement," focusing on storytelling, product integration, and measurable ROI for the brand.

Who are we looking for ?
- The Rolodex (Non-Negotiable): You must have an active, "warm" network of decision-makers. If you need to use LinkedIn scraping or cold calling to find a lead, this is not the role for you.
- 3-5 Years Media Sales Experience: Proven track record in Ad Sales, Media Buying, or Talent Management at a high level.
- The "Hustler" Mentality: You don't wait for the team to create a lead; you bring the brand to the table and tell us how they fit into our content.
- Contract Negotiation: Deep understanding of media kit pricing, usage rights, and multi-platform contract structures.

Success Metrics:
- Podcasts - Secure 1 Long-term Title Sponsor & Recurring Paid Guests.
