Company: Gulab Oil - True Story Organics (Division)

Gulab Oil, trusted in the market since 1966, and True Story Organics, a family brand, are looking for a dedicated Production Operator to join our growing food processing team.

Location: Balsar, Kadi, Mehsana

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI regulations and maintain all related documentation and licenses.
- Implement and monitor ISO / Food Safety Management Systems (FSMS)

Handle food safety documentation, SOPs, records, and statutory registers
- Supervise day-to-day production activities to ensure quality and hygiene standards
- Conduct inward and outward inspection of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods
- Monitor GMP, GHP, and hygiene practices across the production area
- Coordinate and support internal & external audits (ISO, FSSAI, customer audits)

Identify
- non-conformities and ensure timely CAPA
- Maintain batch records, traceability, and stock movement documentation

Coordinate with vendors, production staff, and management for compliance-related activities

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
