The Academic Counselor will be responsible for guiding students in selecting suitable courses like CAT,MAT,C MAT, GRE, G MAT,IPMAT,SAT regarding MBA Entrance Examination and programs based on their academic interests, aptitude, and career goals. The role involves counseling schedules, and ensuring a positive student experience throughout their association with the institute.
Key responsibilities:

- Handle student walk-ins at the Centre.
- Maintain a conversion ratio of at least 40% on leads assigned to you.
- Establish contacts with the Institutions and thereby generate appointments for the Student Awareness Team.
- Follow up on leads generated through various sources.
- Target 10% overall growth of market share in PG and UG Kerala market.
- Counsel and guide aspiring students about the various study options (local and international) available.
- Maintain appropriate student records in the Enrolment system.
- Update knowledge of courses and institutions to support students.
Achieve the target (Revenue & Numbers) of the designated centre
