We are looking for a Production Coordinator with experience in the garment industry, specifically men’s bottom wear, to manage and coordinate production activities through job workers. The role involves production planning, follow-ups, quality coordination, and timely dispatch to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end production activities with job workers (cutting, stitching, washing, finishing).
- Plan and track daily/weekly production schedules as per order requirements.
- Issue fabrics, trims, and accessories to job workers and maintain proper records.
- Follow up with job workers to ensure on-time production and delivery.
- Monitor production status and update reports regularly.
- Coordinate with Quality Control (QC) teams for inline and final inspections.
- Ensure production meets quality standards, measurements, and specifications.
- Handle job work challans, inward & outward entries, and documentation.
- Resolve production-related issues such as delays, shortages, or quality concerns.
- Coordinate with merchandising, warehouse,



and logistics teams for smooth dispatch.
- Maintain MIS and production trackers.

Requirements & Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in garment manufacturing or production coordination.
- Robust knowledge of men’s bottom wear (jeans, trousers, chinos, cargos, etc.).
- Hands-on experience working with job workers.
- Understanding of garment production processes and timelines.
- Basic knowledge of fabrics, trims, stitching processes, and quality parameters.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic production reports.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple job workers.

Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma / Degree in Fashion, Garment Manufacturing, or related

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
