Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction: Welcome guests, present menus, and escort them to tables.
- Order Management: Take accurate food and drink orders, enter them into the POS system, and relay them to kitchen/bar staff.
- Menu Knowledge: Answer questions, make recommendations, and upsell specials.
- Service Delivery: Serve prepared meals and beverages promptly and correctly, ensuring presentation.
- Customer Care: Check on guests, refill drinks, explicit tables, and resolve any issues.
- Payment Processing: Prepare bills, process payments, and handle cash/card transactions.
- Dining Room Maintenance: Keep dining areas clean, set/reset tables, and perform side duties (rolling silverware, stocking stations).

Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
- Customer service focus and patience.
- Ability to stand/walk for long hours and carry trays.
- Attention to detail for orders and cleanliness.
- Flexibility for shifts.
- Knowledge of food safety/health codes.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
