Position: ArchitectRoles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and planning concepts for residential and commercial projects.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and site teams.
- Develop 2D/3D drawings, floor plans, elevations, and presentation designs.
- Ensure projects comply with municipal rules, building regulations, and safety standards.
- Visit project sites for measurements, inspections, and progress reviews.
- Assist in project planning, space optimization, and interior concepts.
- Prepare BOQ, material specifications, and project documentation.
- Work on renovation, redevelopment, and new construction projects.
- Maintain project timelines and coordinate with vendors/suppliers.




- Support the sales and marketing team with project presentations and brochures when required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch).
- Experience in residential/commercial projects preferred.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, 3Ds Max, Photoshop, or related software.
- Strong design, planning, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle site coordination and client meetings.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
