Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain property features, pricing, and location advantages.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule site visits for the sales team.
- Follow up with interested clients.
- Maintain call records and update CRM data.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.

Requirements:
- 12th pass / Graduate.
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
- Experience in telecalling or real estate preferred.
- Confident, persuasive, and target-driven personality.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
