Job Summary

Casagrande Propcare Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and dynamic Key Account Manager to manage our prestigious client account, Capitaland. The role requires end-to-end facility management expertise, solid leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage large teams while ensuring excellent service delivery, operational efficiency, statutory compliance, and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Client & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for the client (Capitaland).
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Conduct regular review meetings and provide operational updates.
- Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and escalations.
- Drive customer satisfaction and service excellence.

Team Management
- Lead and manage a workforce of approximately 166 employees, including:
- MEP Team - Engineer, Supervisor, MST, HVAC, BMS, Plumber, STP opr, WTP Opr, Fire team
- Housekeeping (HK)



Team - Executive, Supervisors & HK staffs
- Monitor manpower deployment, productivity, attendance, and performance.
- Conduct team training, mentoring, and development programs.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and service standards.

Technical Operations
- Oversee and manage:
- Electrical Systems
- HVAC Systems
- Power Management
- Water Management
- DG Operations
- Utility Systems
- Lead troubleshooting activities and ensure minimum downtime.
- Monitor preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.

Financial & Commercial Management
- Prepare and control:
- Annual Budgets
- OPEX (Operational Expenditure)
- CAPEX (Capital Expenditure)
- Prepare BOQs and cost estimates for projects and maintenance activities.
- Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Manage utility billing and vendor payments as per contractual requirements.
