Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable clothing options.
- Provide styling advice and help customers select outfits.
- Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales.
- Handle billing and operate POS systems accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards of the store.
- Assist in managing stock, including receiving, tagging, and replenishing products.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and exchanges professionally.
- Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
- Stay updated on fashion trends, new arrivals, and ongoing promotions.

Requirements:
- Education: Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years in retail, fashion, or customer service (Freshers welcome).
- Skills:




- Excellent communication in Hindi & English (local language is a plus).
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
- Presentable, polite, and confident personality.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of POS and billing systems.

Work Conditions
- Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur
- Working Hours: 9-10 hours per day
- Compensation: Fixed salary + performance-based incentives

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
