Job Overview
This is a full-time, in office position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interior design concepts based on client requirements.
- Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings, and detailed execution drawings.
- Create 3D visualizations and presentation drawings.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Conduct site visits and supervise execution work.
- Ensure project timelines, quality standards, and budgets are maintained.
- Make design revisions as required during project execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Interior Design or Architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Knowledge of 3D software (SketchUp / 3ds Max / V-Ray preferred).
- Good understanding of furniture detailing and space planning.
- Solid knowledge of materials, finishes, and site execution.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
Experience
- 4 years of experience in residential or commercial interior projects preferred.
- Experience in site coordination and execution will be an advantage.
