Female Personal Assistant Required 5 days a week, 6 hours per day. 10am - 3pm ~

Location: Therapy studio in C Scheme, Jaipur

I'm looking for a female assistant who can help with various elements of the two businesses we run, from;
- Greeting customers, welcoming them and assisting them with their requests including with sales.:
- Contacting businesses and suppliers.:
- Assisting me once a month at sales event/farmers market or sound meditation events and any additional events that occur.:
- Helping me to prepare orders for the stores my products are in and coordinating with the stores and developing good relations.:
- Developing collaborations with other prospective businesses.:
- Assisting customers with their orders.:
- Helping prepare the therapy room between treatments and prepare the studio space for the various classes.:
- Assisting with the smooth running of classes at the studio.:
- Liaising with the various instructors who use the studio space.:
- Helping organize and tidy the product room.:
- Oversee and assist with the design finish on products.



Helping label and do packaging of products.:
- Assist with stock checks.:
- Helping to make the products under assistance.:
- All aspects of product making from cleaning the studio space to cleaning and preparing utensils and packaging orders.

Medium level/proficiency of English is required. I'm looking for someone 5 days a week - usually Monday to Friday and at least 1 Saturday a month.

I require someone who is confident, valuable in customer service due to the nature of the work and who can eventually be left to independently carry out the work tasks.

Good communication skills are vital as is the ability to interact with customers.

Person needs to be willing to be involved in all aspects of the tasks, comfortable dealing with other businesses and have experience working with others and a willingness to learn.

Salary around ~ ₹27 000 per month.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 per month
