We are looking for a hands-on R&D; Chemist with strong experience in organic synthesis, process development, and scale-up, capable of taking products from lab to pilot and commercial plant.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform organic synthesis for APIs / intermediates
- Develop and optimize chemical processes for yield, purity, and cost
- Execute scale-up from lab to kilo, pilot, and commercial scale
- Support technology transfer and plant trials
- Conduct literature search, patent review, and route scouting:
- Troubleshoot scale-up and manufacturing issues
- Prepare development reports, batch records, and SOPs:
- Coordinate with production, QA, and QC teams

Required Skills & Experience
- 4-5 years of industrial R&D; experience:
- Robust knowledge of organic chemistry:




- Proven exposure to process development and scale-up:
- Experience with pilot or commercial plant operations:
- Competence in literature search and route selection:
- Ability to work independently in lab and plant environments

Required
- Experience in API or pharmaceutical intermediates:
- Exposure to commercialization and cost optimization:
Compensation: As per experience and capability

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Experience:
- Organic chemistry: 3 years (preferred)
