Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a content creator / videographer / editor

Prior experience in beauty / salon / PMU / fashion / luxury brand will be a + and highly preferred

Must share portfolio links (Instagram / Drive / YouTube)Must submit detailed shoot samples, especially:

Reels with cinematic angles and lighting

2. Shooting Skills (Very Important)

Expert in iPhone videography (latest iPhones preferred)

Strong understanding of Angles

Macro / close-up, Slow motion, hyperlapse, transitions,Knowledge of lighting for beauty (ring light, soft light, natural light),Must know how to shoot-( Reels,Stories,Long-form videos (YouTube / courses),Ability to direct models / staff / artists during shoots

If they own a camera (Sony / Canon / etc.), it’s a plus, not mandatory

3. Editing Skills (Advanced Level)

Must be QUICK + CLEAN + CREATIVE

Editing Apps Required:




- CapCut (Advanced),VN / InShot / LumaFusion,Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro (preferred),Lightroom / Photoshop (basic retouching),After Effects (basic motion graphics - plus)

4. AI & Automation Skills (Highly Preferred)

AI video enhancement tools,Auto captions (English + Hindi),AI face clean-up / noise removal,AI reels formatting,AI voiceovers / sound enhancement,AI content repurposing (one shoot → multiple formats)

5. Social Media Knowledge (Very Important)

Deep understanding of Instagram algorithm
