The Client Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing and strengthening relationships with existing and potential clients, ensuring smooth coordination, timely communication, and high client satisfaction. The role acts as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication.
- Understand client requirements and expectations clearly.

Coordination & Communication
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, educators, sales, marketing) to ensure timely delivery of services.
- Communicate updates, timelines, and changes to clients in a professional manner.
- Ensure proper handover of client requirements to concerned departments.

Service Delivery & Follow-ups
- Ensure smooth execution of projects/events/services as per client commitments.
- Track deliverables and follow up internally to meet deadlines.




- Handle client queries, feedback, and concerns promptly.

Client Satisfaction & Retention
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive support.
- Address client complaints or issues and escalate when required.
- Work towards repeat business and client retention.

Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate client records, communication logs, and reports.
- Prepare basic MIS, client feedback reports, and follow-up trackers.
- Ensure all client-related documentation is updated and organized.

Business Support
- Assist in proposals, quotations, and coordination for new business leads (if required).
- Support the sales/business team in client onboarding processes.
