About the role

PEP Schoolv2 is hiring an Educator - Elementary Program (Grades 1-5) for our HSR Layout center.

We are looking for someone who is thoughtful, clear in communication, serious about working with children, and committed to building strong academic foundations in a child-centred environment. This role calls for close observation, careful planning, and a genuine interest in helping each child grow with confidence and understanding.

What you will do
- Work closely with children in Grades 1-5:
- Understand each child’s strengths, gaps, and learning needs
- Plan learning that builds real understanding, not rote recall




- Support children in thinking clearly and expressing themselves well
- Use observation and straightforward tracking to guide next steps
- Contribute to a calm, purposeful classroom culture
- Work with other educators to strengthen teaching and learning
