Key Responsibilities
- Classroom Instruction: Conduct interactive theory and practical lab sessions, encouraging hands-on coding and real-world problem-solving.
- Student Assessment: Design and evaluate regular assignments, practical exams, and term assessments. Provide constructive feedback to students and parents.
- Lab Management: Oversee the smooth operation of the computer lab. Ensure hardware and software are updated and maintained safely.
- Holistic Development: Guide students through individual/group tech projects and encourage participation in school IT exhibitions and competitions.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) in CS/IT, BCA, or M.Sc. (Computer Science) from a recognized university.
- Professional Degree: Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) is highly preferred and required per CBSE norms.
- Experience: _Minimum 2-3 years of CBSE Class 10 teaching experience, specifically handling secondary classes (Class 9-10) in a recognized CBSE school._
- Technical Skills: Robust proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java,



or C++), database concepts, and basic web development.
- Soft Skills: Excellent classroom management, communication skills, and the ability to mentor middle and secondary grades students.
- Collaborate with other teachers, coordinators, and school management to achieve educational objectives.
