₹15,000 - ₹18,000 per month + Incentives + Travel Reimbursement

Job Overview:
BearTech is looking for a skilled and motivated IT Installation Executive to handle installation, configuration, and support of GPS Tracking Devices, Biometric Attendance Systems, and CCTV Cameras. The role involves both fieldwork and client support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and configure CCTV cameras, biometric systems, and GPS devices
- Provide technical support via phone and on-site visits
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Visit client locations for installation and maintenance
- Maintain service reports and update CRM records
- Coordinate with the sales team for customer requirements
- Ensure proper system functionality after installation

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Diploma / Graduate
- Basic knowledge of CCTV, networking, or IT systems




- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for field work
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation

Experience:
- Fresher or 1 year experience in technical support / installation

Training & Growth:
- 30 days training with stipend of ₹8,000
- 3 months probation period
- Performance-based salary increment after probation
