Client Relationship Executive - Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with clients and understand their matrimonial requirements
- Assist in profile handling, matchmaking, and follow-ups
- Build strong relationships with clients and provide personalized support
- Coordinate meetings, calls, and service updates
- Maintain client records and ensure timely responses
- Handle inquiries, complaints, and customer feedback professionally
- Achieve service and client satisfaction targets

Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling
- Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality
- Customer service or sales experience preferred
- Fluent in English, and Hindi (preferred)

- Strong convincing and relationship-building skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
