Job Title: Telecaller - Insurance

Location: Kalyan East

Reports To: Team Leader / Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain insurance products (life, health, motor, etc.)
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Follow up on existing leads and customer inquiries
- Maintain and update customer databases regularly
- Explain policy features, benefits, and terms clearly
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for policy issuance and documentation
- Maintain records of calls and sales activities

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: HSC / Graduate in any field
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling / sales (insurance preferred)
- Robust communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of insurance products is an advantage
- Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Proficiency in local language + Hindi/English
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools)

Pay: ₹8,819.17 - ₹10,000.00 per month
