Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre-installation site inspections to assess roof/ground conditions, shadow analysis, and structural suitability.
- Supervise and guide installation teams (electricians, civil helpers) during mounting, panel placement, wiring, and inverter setup.
- Ensure installation work is carried out as per approved design drawings and technical specifications.
- Monitor daily progresson site; maintain accurate site logs and progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols; enforce use of PPE and safe working practices at height.
- Coordinate with the project manager, procurement team, and clients for material delivery and scheduling.
- Perform quality checks at each stage: mounting structure, panel layout, DC/AC wiring, earthing, and net metering connection.
- Troubleshoot in office issues and escalate technical problems promptly.
- Ensure project handover documentation is complete including commissioning reports, as-built drawings, and customer walkthrough.




- Manage and motivate the labor team; track attendance and performance on site.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- 2-5 years of experience in solar installation or electrical supervision.
- Hands-on knowledge of rooftop solar systems: panels, mounting structures, string inverters, earthing, and net metering.
- Familiarity with working at heights and associated safety practices.
- Ability to read electrical single-line diagrams and basic project drawings.
- Good team management and communication skills; ability to handle daily labor coordination.
- Willingness to travel to project sites across Meerut and nearby districts.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience. Site conveyance and PPE kit provided by the company.

Pay: ₹8,808.29 - ₹21,285.97 per month
