We are looking for an energetic Sales Call Representative to promote and sell domestic & international tour packages over phone calls. The role involves handling customer inquiries, explaining tour packages, and converting leads into bookings.

Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound & inbound sales calls to potential customers
- Explain travel tour packages (Uttarakhand, Himachal, Char Dham, Nepal, treks, etc.)
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable packages
- Follow up with leads via calls & WhatsApp
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain customer details and call records
- Coordinate with operations team after booking confirmation

Requirements:
- Experience in sales calling / telecalling (travel industry preferred)
- Positive communication skills in Hindi & basic English:




- Convincing and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with daily call targets
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Excel, CRM (if any)
- Positive attitude & goal-oriented mindset
