Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform daily data entry of trip details, vehicle movements, invoices, and expenses.
- Update and maintain records in Excel, internal systems, and transport software.
- Enter and verify POD details, trip closures, and documentation records.
- Maintain driver, vehicle, and route data accurately.
- Assist accounts and operations teams with reports and data reconciliation.
- Ensure all entries are error-free and completed on time.
- Maintain proper filing (digital and physical) of transport documents.




- Generate daily and weekly reports as required by management.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in data entry or office administration.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, and basic computer operations.
- Fast and accurate typing skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to handle large volumes of data on a daily basis.
- Basic understanding of transport/logistics operations is an advantage.
- Responsible, disciplined, and able to work independently.

Preferred Skills:
- Experience in transport, logistics, or e-commerce support.
- Knowledge of Tally, billing software, or transport management systems (added advantage).
- Basic communication skills in English and Hindi.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,267.78 - ₹20,000.00 per month
