Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet halls as per event requirements (tables, chairs, linens, cutlery, glassware)
- Serve food and beverages professionally during events
- Assist in buffet setup, replenishment, and clearance
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
- Coordinate with kitchen and banquet supervisors for smooth service
- Handle guest requests politely and efficiently
- Clear tables and assist in post-event cleanup
- Follow hotel service standards and safety guidelines

Requirements & Skills
- Basic knowledge of food & beverage service
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills
- Well-groomed and presentable appearance
- Ability to work long hours, weekends, and busy events
- Physically fit to stand and move for extended periods
- Prior hotel or banquet experience preferred (freshers can also apply)
